All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and lace uncut.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at CeCeCcollections1@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
